If I could assign a negative rating, I would. This place is terrible! Excessive product was used on my nails, the filing and shaping are dreadful. I requested blue tips, and they forgot, insisting I pay with a base color until I reminded them of my preference. They even argued with me despite showing a reference photo upon my arrival, which I kept on my phone for them to reference. I paid way too much for the subpar service, $124 for blue French tip nails... and a week later, one of them cracked my nail in half. Normally, if I hit a nail, it simply falls off, but due to the excessive product, the nail tore in half, damaging my actual nail in the process. In agony and utterly dissatisfied, I vow to never return! They neglected to cut my cuticles or apply nail oil, and the handwashing area is uninviting. Their prices are exorbitant for the location, and the lack of tool sterilization is appalling.
I adore visiting this spot!! They consistently fulfill my requests and offer guidance to help me make decisions that align best with my preferences when I’m feeling indecisive or uncertain about colors or styles. They've also encouraged me to try new things that complement my hands in ways I didn’t realize could enhance my overall look.
