This was my third visit to their salon. I truly enjoy the calm, unrushed experience. We go on Mondays as it's my spouse's day off and it's serene! I appreciate how they are receptive to the designs I bring in and never fail to impress. La did an exceptional job on my back. I opted for a deep tissue massage, and it was the best I've ever experienced. They concentrated mainly on my shoulder, which had been experiencing spasms for over a week. I entered desiring blonde highlights then darker brown lowlights a few...she turned my entire head nearly black...I observed it expecting it to be lighter..I requested no bangs while cutting. My hair is black in spots and dark brown ..rarely can you spot any blonde what you see appears silver...there are no lowlights or highlights. I required my hair fixed as I was departing Wednesday..she mentioned return next Friday or Saturday. I would not recommend getting any work done unless it's a child's haircut and you're not choosy.About

I showed them a photo and the outcome was far from what I desired. It was nice, just not what I had in mind which is disappointing. She also cut all my cuticles too short and every finger is now bleeding, not just painful but a significant health risk considering she didn't try to clean it off before applying polish.
