I am absolutely in love with this nail salon! The communication is top-notch and the quality of service is consistently excellent. I always have a great time interacting with the team during my visits. My pedicures always turn out amazing, especially when I go for the nail dip option. I scheduled an appointment online early this morning at 6 a.m. for a 9:15 appointment, but it's now 9:25 and no one is here. I didn't receive any communication about why they haven't arrived. This is my third visit, and each time I've booked online for the first appointment of the day, but no one has been present.
