My initial haircut experience was with the proprietor herself, a pleasant encounter. She was gentle and I adored the outcome. However, during my subsequent visit, another lady attended to me and failed to deliver the haircut I had requested. Instead of my desired style, she gave me numerous layers, resulting in a look more akin to a wolf cut.
