Terrible nail experience. They constantly deceive about wait time. I spent nearly 3 hours there and didn’t even receive the requested french tip because I was so frustrated. My nails are unevenly cut. I've visited multiple times due to the distance, but I will never go back. I also brought a friend along, and they made her soak her nails for over an hour, so she just left. To get to The Heights Salon at 800 S Pine St Ste E, Spartanburg, SC 29302, United States by public transport, take bus number 5 from downtown Spartanburg and get off at the corner of S Pine St and Magnolia St. The salon is located a short walk away on S Pine St. If driving, head north on S Church St, turn right onto E St John St, then left onto S Pine St. The salon will be on the right at the intersection of S Pine St and Magnolia St.

Visited today because the polish from last week's manicure was chipping, I simply wanted my polish changed, the technician requested payment upfront. I understand why the salon is always empty, I opted not to get the polish changed as the longer I stayed, the more frustrated I became.
