Paris Nails

Visited today because the polish from last week's manicure was chipping, I simply wanted my polish changed, the technician requested payment upfront. I understand why the salon is always empty, I opted not to get the polish changed as the longer I stayed, the more frustrated I became. I was adamant about not leaving without paying, a discount should have been extended for the previous service, will not return.

Appalling! Completely botched my daughter's nails. I specifically asked for gel powder, and they applied acrylic instead. They neglected to tend to my nail cuticles. Damaged the skin around my toenails. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

What a dreadful ordeal. Came in for an acrylic fill and polish change, plus I had one broken nail. They informed me it would be $25 in total and seated me promptly. They were amiable and engaged in conversation. When I went to wash my hands after they finished filling and filing my nails, I wasn't pleased with the shape but decided to overlook it. They then applied the nail polish I had brought in. Two base coats of color and one layer of top coat. They escorted me to the drying station and instructed me to wait for 7 minutes. As I sat there waiting, they called out from the back of the shop that I was good to go. I felt they needed more time, but I opted to leave due to feeling uneasy. When I arrived home, my nails were ruined, not to mention the residue the nail polish left behind. I promptly returned, but they refused to rectify the situation or provide a refund. Blamed it on my polish, insisting I should have opted for gel polish. The first photo shows my nails before the visit. The second photo was taken in the parking lot before I departed. You can clearly see the residue left on my cuticles and the poor shape of my nails. Extremely disappointed.
