Terrible nail experience. They constantly deceive about wait time. I spent nearly 3 hours there and didn’t even receive the requested french tip because I was so frustrated. My nails are unevenly cut. I've visited multiple times due to the distance, but I will never go back. I also brought a friend along, and they made her soak her nails for over an hour, so she just left. To top it off, I was charged almost $60, while my friend was charged $20 just for nail removal.
I received a pedicure here last week, and it was the best I've had in years. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Bella worked wonders on my toes and did an outstanding job! Unfortunately, I accidentally fell out of my lounge chair and scraped my freshly done pedicure. They allowed me to come back for a quick fix, and they did it so efficiently. I will definitely be returning.
The individuals there are incredibly kind, which is why I'm rating this a 2... but I paid $80 for my nails, and they are subpar. My nails are misshapen. The coffin shape is poorly done. The blending on the ombre is awful. They looked decent indoors, but once I stepped outside, the quality didn't match the price. Today was my first time visiting because of the numerous positive reviews and the pictures showcasing their work. I won't be returning. Finding a good nail salon is so challenging! I opted not to get the rhinestones shown in the picture because the design and length already cost $80. I don't mind paying that price for nails that reflect that cost! In my opinion, these nails don't. The first picture shows what I wanted, the second and third show what I ended up with. The lady who did my nails was very pleasant and took her time, but apparently, the lighting needs improvement because once I left and saw them in proper light, I wouldn't have paid that amount for these nails. Additionally, I was there for over 2 hours with other commitments. I couldn't go back to express my dissatisfaction.
