Terrible nail experience. They constantly deceive about wait time. I spent nearly 3 hours there and didn’t even receive the requested french tip because I was so frustrated. My nails are unevenly cut. I've visited multiple times due to the distance, but I will never go back. I also brought a friend along, and they made her soak her nails for over an hour, so she just left. Visited today because the polish from last week's manicure was chipping, I simply wanted my polish changed, the technician requested payment upfront. I understand why the salon is always empty, I opted not to get the polish changed as the longer I stayed, the more frustrated I became. This salon has been our top choice for more than a year now. The individuals are all very friendly. Alex was recommended to us by another stylist as Alex was the only one in the region that would style my hair and my daughter's in a specific way for our Fitness Expo. Alex managed to squeeze us into her schedule and she did a fantastic job. She has become our regular stylist and she is fantastic. Now she styles my university-age son's hair as well. We highly recommend this salon.
