I had the delight of experiencing a massage from Alexei Jordan at Palms Kneaded Massage as a birthday surprise from my mother, and I can't express enough positive remarks about the experience! Alexei was extremely professional, punctual, and made me feel completely at ease and relaxed even before the massage commenced. Terrible nail experience. They constantly deceive about wait time. I spent nearly 3 hours there and didn’t even receive the requested french tip because I was so frustrated. My nails are unevenly cut. I've visited multiple times due to the distance, but I will never go back. I also brought a friend along, and they made her soak her nails for over an hour, so she just left. This salon has been our top choice for more than a year now. The individuals are all very friendly. Alex was recommended to us by another stylist as Alex was the only one in the region that would style my hair and my daughter's in a specific way for our Fitness Expo. Alex managed to squeeze us into her schedule and she did a fantastic job. She has become our regular stylist and she is fantastic. Now she styles my university-age son's hair as well. We highly recommend this salon.
