Trimmed and tinted my locks roughly 4 weeks back...trim was splendid, not so content with the hue, but it was passable. Opted to revisit for a shorter and blonder cut. I held high expectations, yet it seems I speak an alien tongue because not only did I not come close to what I desired, now I resemble Dorothy Hamill in 1980! Tiffany inquired about my satisfaction with the trim as she snipped, and I expressed my disdain, prompting her to toss her shears on the counter and confer with Jenn. Subsequently, Jenn approached and assured me of a superior cut. She claimed I'd adore the hue under varied lighting. Well, I still detest it...cut and hue! Regrettably, I disbursed $500 plus $80 in gratuities, for what? Deeply disheartened and would never revisit or endorse to others. I don't believe my expectations are unreasonable. I presented images of the cut and hue, understanding it won't be a mirror image but within the same realm! Not even remotely close!
I've frequented Dom for years. They're a deity and prodigy with hues. I've never departed dissatisfied. We've explored all realms from bold trims and enhancements to cosmetics and ethereal strands. 10/10
I recently relocated to Sparta and sought a fresh spot for my fair locks to be illuminated and tape in extensions to be applied. Alex has been phenomenal! They are incredibly kind and meticulous, truly attentive to your desires. I'm overjoyed with my mane.
