Having frequented various Great Clips locations for years, I can confidently say that the Oak Ridge team stands out. They are not only friendly and knowledgeable but also true experts in their field. A top-notch experience every time!
I was impressed by the seamless walk-in experience. We were promptly seated upon arrival. I brought my 4-year-old grandson for his inaugural "big kid" haircut. He insisted on a spiky style. Past negative experiences at other Great Clips made me apprehensive, but Diana exceeded my expectations. She displayed exceptional patience with my grandson, spoke to him gently, and inquired about his interests. Throughout the haircut, he beamed with joy. I wholeheartedly endorse her services.
Despite clearly stating my desire to maintain a two-inch length on the top of my head during my last three visits, my hair was consistently trimmed to half an inch. If my requests cannot be fulfilled, I may need to seek a different salon. Disappointing inconsistency.
