AVOID THIS PLACE unless you want your hair ruined and to go bald. Not only did they ruin my hair in appearance (check out images below) and didn't give me the color or look I desired, they also damaged my hair with subpar products and an unskilled stylist who over-processed my hair. And they refuse to take responsibility. I've never experienced this level of hair loss before. The photos of my falling hair below speak for themselves. I'm losing hair like there's no tomorrow every time I brush it. Sometimes it even falls out without brushing.

I hoped for a better experience. The hair color turned out great, but that was it. I assumed (my mistake) that booking with a master stylist would result in a better cut. I clearly stated that I wanted something new and different, and that I disliked having long hair on my neck. However, she left the length almost the same and gave me a long shag. I left feeling thankful that I didn't know anyone in the area because I was embarrassed by how it looked. Once in my car, I wet my hands with my water bottle and restyled it (naturally curly hair). Overall, disappointed with the experience.
