AVOID THIS PLACE unless you want your hair ruined and to go bald.
Not only did they ruin my hair in appearance (check out images below) and didn't give me the color or look I desired, they also damaged my hair with subpar products and an unskilled stylist who over-processed my hair. And they refuse to take responsibility.
I've never experienced this level of hair loss before. The photos of my falling hair below speak for themselves. I'm losing hair like there's no tomorrow every time I brush it.
