I appreciate their Sunday operating hours! The wait time was brief, and the establishment was notably clean with excellent service. I was pleased with the outcome of my nail treatment.
I decided to give this place a chance since it's conveniently located near my residence. Upon entering, I was met with silence as the staff simply stared at me. No one offered assistance or inquired about my needs. After waiting for about 20 minutes, a regular customer who arrived after me was promptly attended to and directed to table 8. A kind individual pointed out that I had been waiting first and also required nail services. However, the technician only began working on the other customer's nails after finishing an eyelash appointment. Disappointed by the lack of attention, I left and have no intention of returning. I should have opted to drive the extra 10 minutes to Jimmy's Nails.
I've noticed some questionable pricing practices, especially concerning children. How is it that I paid $40.00 for a full set, yet two weeks later, a fill-in costs $45.00? My daughter enjoys visiting this salon, but I am displeased with their attempts to overcharge, particularly targeting children who may not speak up. Furthermore, my daughter received a pedicure where her big toe was damaged after supposedly receiving a gel polish treatment. It was evident that the polish hadn't been allowed to dry properly. Disappointing experience overall.
