I found myself as the sole person in the queue, with three cashiers stationed behind the counter, waiting an uncomfortable length of time. Eventually, one of them glanced up and inquired if another cashier could assist me. During the transaction, I noticed that a Juvia eye palette I had selected was ringing up at full price, despite signs indicating it was half off. I brought this to the cashier's attention, stating that if I was mistaken, it was no issue, but she could remove it. I was confident in my observation as the sale signs had initially caught my eye, and I had carefully read all three before choosing. She went over, peeled off two sale stickers from the shelf, and returned to inform me that the sale had ended on December 21st, although today was December 29th. She asked if I wanted to remove it, to which I agreed. I then mentioned another sign that had not been taken down, but before I could finish, she abruptly cut me off and practically shouted, "OKAY!" She then turned away and remained in the same spot until I left the store. I felt quite embarrassed and even contemplated returning my purchases once I reached my car. This marks the second time I've encountered rude customer service at this store. At this point, I'd rather drive an extra 30 minutes to Foley than return to the Daphne location!
