After seeking correction, it was discovered that Kathy had applied the acrylic on my skin, causing pain and potential infection. The salon had to remove the poorly done nails, resulting in skin damage. Kathy had previously suggested dip powder, possibly due to her inability to perform acrylic services correctly. I urge others to avoid this salon to prevent similar experiences.

My initial visit to this salon left me unimpressed. I requested a fill-in and pedicure with a color change. Despite asking for a specific nail design to be recreated, Kathy assured me it was an easy task. The pedicure was decent, although the gel application was messy and incomplete. The fill-in, which was meant to be an acrylic overlay, was disappointing. I wanted a slight length reduction and a square shape, but my nails were excessively filed down and rounded. The result was lumpy and uneven, with acrylic residue left on the sides of my fingers. The design I was assured was simple ended up with the base color showing through, unevenly coated. Kathy seemed frustrated during the process, and when I expressed my concerns, she rushed through the service. Despite my dissatisfaction, she swiftly charged me $100. Later, I had to seek correction due to the acrylic causing discomfort and skin damage.
