What an incredible team! I postponed visiting the dentist for years and finally mustered the courage to go. I selected Chemung Family Dental based on their outstanding reviews, and now I see why they're so highly regarded. Doctor Vaughn and Doctor Ramsey are extremely thorough and, most importantly, kind gentlemen. They are genuinely invested in resolving the issue and addressing the root cause. I must also mention the exceptional staff that operates this practice. Every individual there greets you with a smile and is remarkably personable to engage with. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, I would rate them a 6.
I have a lot of dental anxiety and have felt at ease. Coming from Smithfield, I truly appreciate the intimate, family-oriented atmosphere of this office, unlike in Smithfield where I encountered a different practitioner for each appointment. I had my initial cleaning in October and experienced a filling break this week. They accommodated me within days and took my concerns seriously. I'm striving to not dread dental visits, and I am confident I will reach that point with Chemung Family Dental.
Practice is very well managed and operated. Personnel are all highly professional and courteous. My provider Taylor Henderson is exceptional, professional, and highly skilled. A fantastic individual to have as a provider.
