Olivia was friendly and skilled. She truly excels at her craft! The haircut was flawless, and the scalp massage was heavenly. This might just be the top spot for haircuts, a hidden gem. I've tried various salons in the area, some resulting in disastrous haircuts. This place is not one of those. Five stars for Precision Haircuts don't seem adequate. The stylist responsible for my disastrous experience was Megan. Following my visit, my scalp suffered from a widespread chemical burn, my hair acquired an unwanted green hue, substantial hair loss occurred during the appointment, and some of my hair was even singed off. All of this came at a steep price of $257. Despite reaching out twice, the owner has not responded to my calls, and the salon's phone line consistently diverts to voicemail.
