The stylist responsible for my disastrous experience was Megan. Following my visit, my scalp suffered from a widespread chemical burn, my hair acquired an unwanted green hue, substantial hair loss occurred during the appointment, and some of my hair was even singed off. All of this came at a steep price of $257. Despite reaching out twice, the owner has not responded to my calls, and the salon's phone line consistently diverts to voicemail. I strongly advise against choosing this establishment for any hair services.
I have been a patron of this establishment for a year and a half, and my hair has significantly improved in health during this time. My stylist of choice is Megan, who consistently provides me with valuable advice and exceptional service. Her friendly demeanor has made me a loyal customer, and I cannot imagine seeking hair care elsewhere. Additionally, I greatly appreciate the cost-saving benefits of the Groupon deals offered here, which make their high-quality services more accessible.
