The team here is exceptional, they understand our preferences perfectly and style our hair just the way we like. I've never encountered any issues with any of the stylists. They are incredibly friendly and considerate. Conversations with them are always delightful, they truly are a fantastic team.
I encountered your manager Alex today. He really needs to improve his interpersonal skills, her behavior was shockingly rude. I was all set to leave, keys in hand. It's disappointing to say that you've lost a customer. My previous visits were enjoyable, but this experience was sour. She seemed so irked by my request, it's off-putting. I won't be returning!
A cautionary note for those using Great Clip Gift Cards for payment - your trusted stylist might misuse the funds from your card. When I confronted them, a refund was not forthcoming. Instead, they directed me to reach out to the company for a refund. I did so, shared the details, and was assured a callback in a few days. However, no return call was received.
