Having resided in the Sarasota Area for 2 years without finding a skilled esthetician for a quality facial, my visiting mother from the north held a gift card, prompting me to book a facial for myself and a massage for her. Our experience was nothing short of extraordinary from beginning to end. Diana was simply marvelous in administering the facial. Her expertise and experience were evident. I secured my next appointment before departing. My mother, on the other hand, had Michael for her massage and described it as one of the finest she has ever received.
The service was absolutely incredible, although the review is in my husband's name, it was actually me, his wife, who enjoyed the services he graciously gifted to me. Karen was truly exceptional. I indulged in a delightful, rejuvenating facial experience, and I am eagerly anticipating treating myself again next month. I wholeheartedly recommend her and her exceptional services.

To provide full transparency, I paid $150.00 for a swedish massage, excluding the $21.00 tip I left. The level of service and professionalism I encountered was severely lacking, yet I still tipped as I understand that everyone can have an off day. I was also 10 minutes tardy due to mistakenly booking at the wrong location, which was entirely my fault. However, I believe my experience extended beyond a mere bad day. Maria was engrossed in her phone right from the start and spent a significant portion of the massage discussing herself, despite my preference for a quiet massage being clearly communicated. Upon learning that I work as an ER nurse, she remarked that I carried minimal stress in my body, which felt belittling. Furthermore, she barely touched my back for less than 7 minutes and neglected my lower back, shoulders, and feet. Instead, she focused on my arms and legs, often using only one hand and providing minimal pressure. It felt more like she was rubbing oil than delivering a massage. When I requested firmer pressure, she insisted that I should have booked a deep tissue or sports massage, implying that a feather-light touch was to be expected. I contemplated leaving after just 10 minutes but lacked the courage to be impolite. I can only hope that this was an isolated incident.
