I scheduled an appointment with a children's hairdresser named, Quinn. My appointment was set for 6:30pm and I arrived at the salon by 6:15pm(Traveling all the way from downtown Chicago, IL). When I arrived at the salon, Quinn was wrapping up with a client. After she finished with that customer, it was 6:35pm. I assumed she would call my niece to the chair next but, No. She called another client to her chair.
I had a terrible experience at this store. Taylor not only lacks braiding skills, but she also deceives customers about rectifying the situation.
