I scheduled an appointment with a children's hairdresser named, Quinn. My appointment was set for 6:30pm and I arrived at the salon by 6:15pm(Traveling all the way from downtown Chicago, IL). When I arrived at the salon, Quinn was wrapping up with a client. After she finished with that customer, it was 6:35pm.

I believe the cleanliness is exceptional! Every time I visit, everything is spotless. I frequent the salon regularly. The manicure tables are consistently tidy and clean. The workstations for stylists are organized well. The salon operates efficiently. The ambiance is incredibly welcoming. There is no sense of intimidation or pettiness. It feels like everyone is close friends 😩🙌🏽😭 Mimosa Saturdays are incredibly lively! The music is always clean and enjoyable, or there's a great show on TV. I adore it. You truly excelled 🙌🏽
