KSC is absolutely fantastic! Ngozi is incredibly skilled and remembers every customer's name! I have been a loyal patron for 7-8 years now, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The level of customer service I receive is consistently outstanding!
I suggest seeking out another salon that offers quality nail services with superior customer care. Having never experienced a manicure before, I decided to give it a try for the first time. Upon informing the staff of this, I found them to be extremely unaccommodating. Throughout the entire process, I felt uneasy and confused, all while simply seeking a basic gel manicure. In the year 2021, I received a $50 voucher as a gift and made the decision to step out of my comfort zone to use it. However, when I attempted to redeem it, I was informed that it was only valid for a year, despite no such expiration date being indicated on the card, and the purchaser not being informed of this condition (they even paid tax on a gift card?). The staff seemed to mock me and essentially ushered me out the door, stating they would make an exception just this once. Additionally, I observed that they used somewhat rusty and previously used tools for cleaning around the nails, which is unsanitary.
