absolutely terrible service. I visited for a haircut and they ended up cutting my hair too short and uneven. Additionally, the stylist was rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning.
AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! HAIR STYLIST LUCY HAS A TENDENCY TO TOUCH CLIENTS INAPPROPRIATELY AND MAKE INSENSITIVE COMMENTS ABOUT THEIR APPEARANCE. Her behavior is unacceptable! Numerous complaints have been lodged against her! This establishment must be held accountable for their actions!
I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment!! My experience today was subpar, and I was dissatisfied with the outcome of the service. I have no intention of returning to this establishment.
