Dakota did my son's hair in a unique rainbow color scheme and it turned out INCREDIBLE! The entire experience was outstanding, she was meticulous, knowledgeable, and kind. Dr. Singh and her team are absolutely outstanding. I've been a loyal client of NYC Wellness Center for years, despite the distance. The new Brooklyn location is a game changer! Alex is incredibly attentive and skilled in administering Botox. Dr. Singh has been exceptional in addressing my hormonal concerns, always thorough and attentive. The entire team is dedicated, knowledgeable, and collaborative in achieving desired results. I tried a different wellness center closer to home, but the results and service didn't compare. I highly recommend Dr. Singh, Alex, and Jordan! I am incredibly let down by the permanent makeup I got from this establishment. My second session on November 30, 2023, left one eye lacking eyeliner. During the session, there was a distressing incident. The technician, Perla (owner), accidentally dropped the needle on my head, and instead of apologizing, she laughed it off as if it were a joke. I arrived in town for a wedding and needed a fade and beard trim. Cutthroat came highly recommended. My child and I decided to walk in. We were promptly attended to. The barber was meticulous and did an excellent job. He took his time and consulted me throughout the process. My beard has never looked better and he assisted in styling it through an awkward in-between length phase. I suggest concluding the experience with a straight-edge clean-up and more thorough hair removal.
