I am incredibly let down by the permanent makeup I got from this establishment. My second session on November 30, 2023, left one eye lacking eyeliner. During the session, there was a distressing incident. The technician, Perla (owner), accidentally dropped the needle on my head, and instead of apologizing, she laughed it off as if it were a joke. This conduct is highly unprofessional and not acceptable.
