Dr. Singh and her team are absolutely outstanding. I've been a loyal client of NYC Wellness Center for years, despite the distance. The new Brooklyn location is a game changer! Alex is incredibly attentive and skilled in administering Botox. Dr. Singh has been exceptional in addressing my hormonal concerns, always thorough and attentive. The entire team is dedicated, knowledgeable, and collaborative in achieving desired results. I tried a different wellness center closer to home, but the results and service didn't compare. I highly recommend Dr. Singh, Alex, and Jordan! I am incredibly let down by the permanent makeup I got from this establishment. My second session on November 30, 2023, left one eye lacking eyeliner. During the session, there was a distressing incident. The technician, Perla (owner), accidentally dropped the needle on my head, and instead of apologizing, she laughed it off as if it were a joke. I had a fantastic experience at the Iris piercing studio. My piercer Jordan, was incredibly calm and informative, explaining all the details about pricing and what to expect post-piercing. She assisted me in selecting the perfect size and color, and even provided comforting support by holding my hand with her gentle touch after the procedure. I'm delighted to say that today, I feel wonderful with minimal discomfort. The entire process exceeded my expectations! I have frequented the salon and been attended to by Shannen for a few years now. I am delighted with the experience. The staff is consistently friendly, and Shannen works wonders with my hair. I had some concerns about thinning hair in the past, and she was attentive and supportive. Not only did she inquire about my preferences, but she also proposed new styles and ideas to try. Dakota did my son's hair in a unique rainbow color scheme and it turned out INCREDIBLE! The entire experience was outstanding, she was meticulous, knowledgeable, and kind. I arrived in town for a wedding and needed a fade and beard trim. Cutthroat came highly recommended. My child and I decided to walk in. We were promptly attended to. The barber was meticulous and did an excellent job. He took his time and consulted me throughout the process. My beard has never looked better and he assisted in styling it through an awkward in-between length phase. I suggest concluding the experience with a straight-edge clean-up and more thorough hair removal.
