"As a long-time patron of Ulta, I have always admired their extensive beauty product selection and the amiable retail staff. The store is well-maintained, and my shopping experiences have generally been pleasant. However, my recent salon visit left much to be desired. I had an appointment with Casey, anticipating the same level of service I receive in the store. Regrettably, Casey displayed rudeness and indifference, failing to meet my expectations or make any effort to ensure my satisfaction. The lack of personalized service was disheartening.
Scheduling a haircut appointment with a specific stylist turned into a frustrating experience for me. Upon arrival, I was informed that my appointment had been rescheduled with another stylist because the one I had chosen was occupied with personal grooming during my slot. I rescheduled with my preferred stylist for two weeks later, only to receive a last-minute voicemail stating she was double booked and unavailable. This lack of professionalism and poor management is unacceptable. I would not recommend this salon if you value your time.
I usually refrain from leaving reviews, but my visit to the East Brunswick location was exceptional, all thanks to Alex, the Beauty Consultant. Her expertise was evident as she assisted me in selecting makeup for my wedding day. Alex was incredibly patient and dedicated, ensuring I found the perfect products. My heartfelt thanks to Alex for helping me look stunning on my special day!
