I've been a regular patron at this establishment for several months for lash treatments. While each visit may not be flawless, the ambiance is serene, providing a tranquil experience at a reasonable cost. On one occasion when I wasn't entirely satisfied, the owner personally reached out and ensured that the issue was rectified promptly. Grateful for the attentive customer service.
My experience here was abysmal. I had scheduled a facial and a massage. Despite upgrading my facial to include thorough dead skin removal, the procedure fell short. Certain areas were neglected where the machine could have been used. During the facial, after applying the mask, the therapist left me unattended for 20 minutes, only performing the bare minimum. The massage session was equally disappointing, with minimal pressure applied. When I requested a firmer touch, the therapist promptly suggested an upgrade to deep tissue, which I declined due to discomfort. To top it off, during the massage, the therapist noticed a surgical scar on my lower back and inexplicably exerted excessive pressure on that specific area. Save your money and seek services elsewhere.
I've visited this establishment before for massages, which were truly exceptional. However, my recent visit was for lash services, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The process was swift yet precise. The team dedicated ample time to understand my preferences and provided all the necessary details. A brief consultation helped in determining the ideal style for me. These are by far the best lashes I've had, and the cost was surprisingly budget-friendly compared to other places.
