The haircut was okay. The online check-in was terrible. There was an issue with the system. My wait was 76 minutes. An hour and a half later, the wait time was 60 minutes. I decided to leave, and they took me in after 10 minutes. Many individuals faced the same problem. Absolutely dreadful. Fortunately, I've been to various other fantastic salons before, with exceptional service, or I would never go to any again. The manager should have been there to resolve the situation. I might never return to that location.
Absolutely an incredible experience. Dakota the stylist, who styled my hair was extremely professional, patient, and courteous. The haircut was exceptional; the best I've had in a while. I adore it. I will definitely recommend my friends to see Dakota at this location. Keep up the excellent work!
