If I could award 10 stars - I would! I sought a spot to resume my Botox and begin lip fillers. My previous provider had a newborn and understandably is now focused on that. I've delayed this for years, but today I stumbled upon Laser MD Peabody. The reviews seemed genuine. I requested a consultation and they responded within minutes, accommodating a same-day appointment! The initial impression was clean, well-maintained, and the lady who welcomed me was so kind. I met with Jaqi the Nurse Practitioner and immediately felt at ease. She was thorough, provided insights, and made me feel comfortable. I was nervous about getting my lips done for the first time, but she guided me through it, offered great advice, and even made me laugh. I am thrilled with the results, the staff, and the overall experience. I have definitely found my new Med Spa. Thank you so much! Definitely give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
Punctual upon arrival, friendly team, immaculate rooms with modern equipment. They took the time to answer our questions thoroughly, ensuring we understood the procedure and what to expect. It was our first time using such services, and we will return and happily recommend!
CAUTION! LASER! Took my aunt here for laser treatment to eliminate dark spots on her face caused by sun damage. The initial treatment went smoothly. Typically, 3-4 treatments are needed. However, after the second session, Michelle's skin was burned (the smell was noticeable). This led to blisters, open wounds, and potential scarring. We are in the 3 1/2 month healing process, with an expected 6-month full recovery period. I will provide an update with photos at that time. The most recent photo is from today. A significant warning for those considering this service. Due to this damage, she spent her summer indoors with minimal sunlight, resulting in lowered confidence and significant distress. It's truly disheartening. Stay tuned for a 6-month update.
