Wow, what an incredible experience! The moment you step inside, you're enveloped in a warm, positive atmosphere. I was greeted the instant I arrived and promptly attended to. The waitlist through the app was seamless, and I only had to wait a minute before Rowan escorted me to her chair. She skillfully assessed my hair needs and I entrusted her with full creative control. And she delivered. From the hot towel and shampoo to the relaxing massage and even tidying up my neglected goatee (thanks to a broken razor during my recent move), she went above and beyond. A soothing face lotion was the cherry on top. But the real magic happened with the haircut - it was a perfect fit for my face. Rowan also recommended the ideal hair product, which I purchased on my way out, along with a complimentary hairbrush. I'll definitely be a loyal client. Rowan's talent is truly exceptional, and our conversation flowed as if we were long-time pals, despite just meeting.
