Visited Sarah, a new addition to Deco, but definitely not new to hair expertise. Sarah did a fantastic job fixing my over-processed hair. We had a wonderful time chatting while she worked on my foils, cut, and style. I did end up paying a bit more than usual, but Sarah's work was exceptional. I am very pleased with the results.
