Kathy really excelled in styling my hair 👏.
I entered to schedule an appointment but Sam was occupied so I took a seat and waited. I waited for thirty minutes but she refused to speak with me. I overheard the others there whispering to each other "why is she here, we don't serve homeless individuals," "she should go," "we might need to involve law enforcement." I had been a patron there for three decades. They humiliated me into leaving. I am not without a home. I merit better treatment. All those women there should feel ashamed.
Kathy was incredibly kind, and I adored the result. Will definitely return!
