The employees were not very welcoming or accommodating. There's no bike rack and you can't bring your bike in because they're not responsible for it. The cashier went to ask the manager if it's okay, and I'm still waiting for a response to this day. Terrible customer service.
They have extremely adorable boots that resemble uggs but are from a brand called bear claw. They are less expensive and have really cute women's jackets. Unfortunately, I can't provide details on anything else as that's all I checked out when I visited there.
What can I say, that folks don't already know. Big 5 is an amazing place to purchase sneakers. Salesman is knowledgeable, and knows his sneakers. Friendly and easy to converse with. I would recommend shopping at Big 5.
