I have been a patron at LUXE for over 5 years now!! Describing it as extraordinary would be an understatement. I usually schedule my nail appointments the week of and they always manage to accommodate me. I typically get a fill every 3-4 weeks, and my nails rarely chip or break. If by chance a nail does break, they are always eager to fix it or redo it for me. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind, treating their clients with the utmost respect. Not only did I receive an early call to come in, but the service for natural hair box braids lower back was absolutely fantastic. 2 and a half hours of engaging conversation, music, and the visual delight of seeing different hairstyles being done simultaneously. I truly enjoyed it. Now, I'm interested in getting my hair colored and cut by another stylist at the salon, but the owner did such a great job with the locs that I'm tempted to try that style next. I know I'm gushing, but I really loved my hair and the experience. This beauty parlor embodies the classic charm of traditional hairdressing that many yearn for. The kindness and warmth exuded by all the stylists, coupled with the inviting ambiance, truly stand out. During my appointment, I had to take a call, and instead of making me feel guilty, they graciously accommodated me (although I don't recommend doing what I did). This place is truly remarkable.
