I had a last-minute appointment with Donna, who was incredibly accommodating and did not rush through the service. She listened to my preferences, gave me a great cut, and styled my hair beautifully. The prices are reasonable for the quality of service she provides. I will definitely be returning as a satisfied customer.
The salon has a welcoming atmosphere, and the owner is attentive to all clients. Heather, my hairdresser, always does an excellent job and ensures she understands my preferences. I consistently leave the salon happy with the results. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
I went to see Heather Parks for a hair appointment and left with a disastrous outcome. Despite asking for specific highlights and a toner, I ended up with white, silver, and purple streaked hair with dark roots. My hair started falling out in clumps, and I was left with scalp burns and poorly done roots. Heather refused to give me a refund and blamed the outcome on lighting and fresh toner. When I tried to address the issue with the owner, I was met with rudeness and lack of concern. Heather even lied about my satisfaction with the result. To top it off, I had a disappointing massage experience where my preferences were not respected. Overall, I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this salon to anyone.
