I adore this salon. Vicki Goins is an exceptional hairstylist who always delivers outstanding results.
I scheduled an appointment for a touch-up on my highlights, a trim, and eyebrow waxing. To my dismay, I left the salon with darker hair, no styling, and a bill of $210. The stylist, Patricia, claimed she didn't have time to blow dry my hair. The manager's response to my dissatisfaction was dismissive and insulting. I will not be returning to this salon and will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
I had a confirmed appointment with Cathy, but she was not present when I arrived. The lack of apology or effort to rectify the situation reflects poorly on their customer service. Disappointing experience overall.
