My most recent visit was a disaster. The attendant was constantly on the phone, even while threading my face. It seemed like she was inexperienced, and her saliva even landed on my face during the session. I was hesitant to ask her to stop as I didn't want my eyebrows to be further compromised. I typically prefer giving feedback outside the chair, but I was on the verge of walking out. If I encounter similar treatment in the future, I aim to stand up for myself. Although I had decent experiences in the past, I will not be returning here. I would rather entrust my grooming needs to reliable professionals in the area. This establishment lacks professionalism and respect for its clients.
I had a significant portion of my inner eyebrow accidentally removed during my last visit, which was extremely distressing. It's uncertain how long it will take to grow back. The attendant was distracted by her phone while working on my eyebrows, and this wasn't the first time it happened. Despite being a long-time patron, I have decided to seek services elsewhere moving forward.
I have been coming to this establishment for 6 years now, and I have never left dissatisfied. My eyebrows always turn out exactly how I want them to be (I typically come in for cleanups every 4-5 weeks). Occasionally, I have noticed some employees using their phones during my visits, but this has been rare compared to the overall positive experiences I've had. I have no intention of discontinuing my visits to Ridhi's and highly recommend others to give them a try for threading services!
