The technician had no clue how to operate a drill or remove gel polish. They and the tech beside them were making extremely rude comments about me in Spanish, assuming I couldn't understand. Lilly is an exceptional nail technician. I entered not entirely sure of what I wanted, and she truly did an outstanding job. The space is spotless, tranquil, and I was offered a fantastic coffee.
