This store has become a disappointment. I avoid going to this Sally location and prefer driving to other branches for better service, even though it's a 30-minute drive. I had to return an online order that I paid for using a card. The manager claimed she couldn't process the return and gave me a 866 number to call. When I visited another Sally store, they handled my return smoothly. If I could, I would rate this store 0 stars.About
