This store has become a disappointment. I avoid going to this Sally location and prefer driving to other branches for better service, even though it's a 30-minute drive. I had to return an online order that I paid for using a card. The manager claimed she couldn't process the return and gave me a 866 number to call. When I visited another Sally store, they handled my return smoothly. If I could, I would rate this store 0 stars.
I have to say, my experience at Sally Beauty Supply in Lockport was absolutely dreadful. The store manager, Taylor, is hands down the most disrespectful manager I have ever encountered in my 33 years of life. Lockport has always been my go-to store, but after the way Taylor treated me, I will never set foot in there again. Every time I ask a question, Taylor responds with such a negative attitude. She never offers to assist me. Yesterday was the final straw for me. I approach the entrance and see Taylor fixing the door with new fringe. I wait for her to finish, and she abruptly tells me to use the other door. She was holding the other door open but wouldn't move to let me in. As I pass by, she exhales her frustration in my face as if I am a burden for wanting to shop in the store. I decided to call corporate and leave my items behind because I refuse to support a store where I am treated so poorly despite being a loyal customer.
