I had scheduled an appointment at this salon and received multiple text messages on different days to confirm, which I did. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that Mark had suffered a rib injury and would not be able to work that week. It seems they had sent me a text while I was at work and I had missed it. While I understand the situation, I was disappointed and decided not to return. Mark's demeanor was quite rude and unprofessional, using inappropriate language. I would not recommend this salon.
Mark is absolutely fantastic! I was in need of a salon while visiting the United States, and came across Mark on the Paul Mitchell salon locator. What a lucky find! He is friendly, welcoming, and an incredibly knowledgeable hairstylist. He did a fantastic job cutting and coloring my hair, and I am already looking forward to my next visit. It's a shame he's not from my hometown!
I highly recommend Mark. He and his team truly go above and beyond to care for my hair. They are top-notch in my opinion.
