I had scheduled an appointment at this salon and received multiple text messages on different days to confirm, which I did. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that Mark had suffered a rib injury and would not be able to work that week. It seems they had sent me a text while I was at work and I had missed it. While I understand the situation, I was disappointed and decided not to return. Mark's demeanor was quite rude and unprofessional, using inappropriate language. I would not recommend this salon.
