Elements massage has made it incredibly difficult to cancel my monthly massage subscription. Despite relocating to another state, they continue to deduct money from my account even after numerous phone conversations. Their rigid policies feel like theft. The Attorney General in Utah has been informed. I strongly advise against using their services.
We indulged in a couples massage and our therapists were exceptional. We both adored the experience and could not have asked for better. Additionally, the receptionists were delightful and incredibly kind. Overall, a fantastic experience and I am grateful to everyone involved in making it the perfect anniversary gift.
The atmosphere at this establishment is truly lovely. The staff was exceptionally warm, with one member even rising from the desk to greet us at the door, a small gesture that did not go unnoticed. They even offered us water upon arrival. This was our first visit, and I had purchased a package for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. Given her pregnancy, we opted for the prenatal massage for her, which she thoroughly enjoyed, and mine was equally delightful. I had prepaid to streamline our departure post-treatment. Though we arrived 15 minutes early to complete the standard paperwork as new clients, my wife, for whom English is a second language, required a bit more time to fill it out, eating into our massage time. In hindsight, it would have been convenient to have the paperwork to fill out at home. The consultation with our therapists post-massage was a nice touch.
