I was on the hunt for a fresh hair salon, heard amazing reviews about this salon, decided to give them a shot. They had me out of there in about an hour all while doing an outstanding job. Jordan did a fantastic job with my nails! Adore the shape, didn't rush and was very pleasant. Taylor did an exceptional job with my pedicure, I had a nail that had broken and she did a great job being gentle while making it look good! I will definitely be back and hope to have the same wonderful experience! 👍🏼
I scheduled an online appointment for 3:00 pm today for a full set with gel polish or "shellac" as they refer to it, coffin shape, medium length and a classic pedicure with shellac. I was greeted promptly and was shown to the pedicure area. Shortly after, a technician came over. I believe her name was Sam. She prepared the water and then offered me a complimentary drink. They offer alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks. The pedicure experience was really good. My pedicure turned out very well. Her technique was excellent. She did a really good job, but while she was applying my polish, another lady comes over, and I believe she was Morgan (the one I had to choose for booking since it's my first time here, I didn't know who to pick) she starts applying my full set while I'm in the pedicure chair which I found a bit strange. I didn't like it because I was getting a full set and some of my nails are crooked. I feel rushed at this point. We finish the pedi and move over to her station. She is completely engrossed in what seems like a deep conversation because she's not paying attention to what she's doing with my nails. Literally not looking. Staring at the person she's talking to. Even taking long pauses to engage further! I'm frustrated at this point. I was charged 93 dollars for the services ($35 for pedicure and $58 for the nails, not including a tip. I was able to tap and pay at the register). Which would have been fine if I didn't leave with badly shaped nails, bumpy polish, and product from the acrylic application and nail polish on the sides and fingerprint area on some of my fingers. I will not be returning for services in the future.
I had my nails done for the first time at Spencer's Nails and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of the nail services I received.
