Extremely impolite and lacking patience. My initial visit. Desired shellac on short nails. Also requested a regular pedi. The staff displayed impatience and rudeness, unable to grasp my preferences. A disappointing experience! During the pedicure, the technician abruptly stopped after trimming my toenails, demanding an additional $10 for the heels! Utterly perplexing! The communication barrier led to a frustrating exchange. Despite their chatter in a different language, I usually don't mind, but the overall experience was exasperating. I rarely voice complaints or leave negative feedback, emphasizing the severity of the situation. The final result of my fingernails did not align with my desires, yet I refrained from further inquiries to avoid escalating tensions. Asserting my disappointment, I conveyed that in all my nail appointments, I had never encountered such disrespect. I was on the hunt for a fresh hair salon, heard amazing reviews about this salon, decided to give them a shot. They had me out of there in about an hour all while doing an outstanding job. Jordan did a fantastic job with my nails! Adore the shape, didn't rush and was very pleasant. Taylor did an exceptional job with my pedicure, I had a nail that had broken and she did a great job being gentle while making it look good! He was completely attentive to me and ensuring my pedicure was flawless. My feet felt incredibly soft afterward and the massage was top-notch.
