Extremely impolite and lacking patience. My initial visit. Desired shellac on short nails. Also requested a regular pedi. The staff displayed impatience and rudeness, unable to grasp my preferences. A disappointing experience! During the pedicure, the technician abruptly stopped after trimming my toenails, demanding an additional $10 for the heels! Utterly perplexing! The communication barrier led to a frustrating exchange. Despite their chatter in a different language, I usually don't mind, but the overall experience was exasperating. I rarely voice complaints or leave negative feedback, emphasizing the severity of the situation. The final result of my fingernails did not align with my desires, yet I refrained from further inquiries to avoid escalating tensions. Asserting my disappointment, I conveyed that in all my nail appointments, I had never encountered such disrespect. A return visit is out of the question!
I enjoy visiting this establishment for their meticulous cuticle care and thorough nail cleaning, particularly during pedicures - a personal highlight! The staff exudes friendliness, and the pricing is fair. I have indulged in both shellac manicures and pedicures with satisfaction.
