I don't typically leave reviews, but please take caution when visiting this establishment. I requested a butterfly hair cut, showing the stylist the desired look and asking to maintain my current length. However, she cut off much more than agreed upon, resulting in a drastically shorter style that bears no resemblance to the picture I provided. The cut is uneven and unsatisfactory. It is disheartening to see my hair, which I have nurtured for so long, in such a state. It would have been simpler for the stylist to decline the cut rather than causing me this emotional distress. I value my hair greatly, and it is frustrating to have to start over. I was on the hunt for a fresh hair salon, heard amazing reviews about this salon, decided to give them a shot. They had me out of there in about an hour all while doing an outstanding job. Jordan did a fantastic job with my nails! Adore the shape, didn't rush and was very pleasant. Taylor did an exceptional job with my pedicure, I had a nail that had broken and she did a great job being gentle while making it look good!
