Exceptional doctor and staff!! I visited for a consultation regarding vaginal rejuvenation and bikini hair removal. I am highly satisfied with both the consultation and treatment. I am eagerly looking forward to completing my treatment sessions with Dr. Dinc!
This was undeniably one of the most unpleasant experiences at a medical facility, and honestly, it has left me seething with anger. People who know me would describe me as cheerful and resilient, able to endure a lot. The initial impression when I visit a medical office is crucial to me - do I feel secure, at ease, and respected? Upon entering, the ambiance resembled more of a lively salon than a medical office (with loud music blaring). The receptionist at the front desk was incredibly impolite, despite me having submitted my information online, I was required to repeat it over the phone the day before my appointment and fill out all the paperwork again with details I had already provided online. Despite these frustrations, I tried to remain open-minded. However, as I entered the examination room, I noticed the blinds could not close properly, leaving gaps on each side, allowing me to see a man walking outside. When the doctor entered, I felt extremely uneasy and voiced my concerns. They attempted to close the blinds but were unsuccessful. It deeply concerns me that examinations are being conducted without ensuring the privacy of their patients. I made the decision to forego the appointment, got dressed, and left.
I have been acquainted with Dr. Dinc for many years. He assisted in delivering my child a decade ago. I wish he was still in obstetrics. He possesses excellent bedside manner, providing various treatment options to enable informed decisions. His staff members were also commendable, displaying flexibility with appointment scheduling.
